Above is the scrapbook layout that my club members made this month in Waterloo, IA. It did use some retired paper called Parian Breeze that I feel in love with right before it retired. It also uses the Watercolor Reinker Technique that was one of the technique the Technique Club made this year. It was used on the flowers. They also did some sewing with the ribbon that went around the words on the right hand page. This uses the Fifth Avenue Floral stamp set.
