Thought I would share another card using the Color Your Season Bundle. This card will be used for a future Specialty Class. This is a card that looks much more beautiful in real life. It was hard to capture it well in the photo though.
I have been seeing a few cards recently on Pinterest using the Beautiful You stamp set for a graduation card. Since I need a card for my great niece I decided I need to have a try at it. It was a very simple card. Just made the cap with a square of cardstock and punched a hole in the middle. I put 3 strands of bakers twine through the hole using the Paper Piercer to separate the strands and then a mini silver brad. Used glue dots on other side to hold bakers twine and a Dimensional to pop it up on the card. Now to get it out in the mail.
I know many of you have been ordering some last minute items that are retiring. For those that might not have gotten everything that had been on their list, Stampin' Up! has discounted some of these items starting today. If you want to check them out just click HERE.
I also wanted to share some homemade birthday cards I received last month. Know that not all of them used Stampin' Up! products which I do not share often but they are still beautiful and the thought was there. Hope I did not miss anyone's card, please forgive me if I did. Even my husband picking out a store bought card picked one with pearls on it to make it look more homemade.
This is one of the new kits in the new Spring Occasions catalog. A couple of the cards were very small so I recreated them a bit to make them a normal size card. It was very quick to put these together and it included 4 watercolor pencils of which 2 were new colors for us. They are just beautiful.
So yesterday was our 26th Wedding Anniversary. It was a really cold day in January. I came up with this card for him using some of our new gorgeous Painted with Love Specialty Designer Series Paper. This paper has flecks or spots of gold foil on it. The piece below with hearts has some little gold hearts on it. It was a winner, he loved it.

So when the new 2017 Holiday Catalog came out I had to buy this stamp set right away as my husbands birthday was coming up shortly after. I used something similar to this card for him. Believe it or not it actually is a Christmas stamp set but can be used for so much more. In the next day or two I will show you a little box I made with the same set but unfortunately the chocolates that were in them are gone.
Yes, you read that right, a summer card using a Christmas die. The santa die has the beard cut out and used for water and waves on this fishy summer card. Although you can no longer buy this die, I have it and you can use it at Open Stamping.
Stampin' Up! Products Used: Detailed Santa Thinlits Dies, Seaside Shore stamp set, Soft Sky cardstock, Whisper White cardstock, Night of Navy ink pad, Paper Snips.
