This year for my New Catalog Open House I had 2 Make & Take cards for everyone to make.
The first card used a new fun color called Lemon Lime Twist (new In Color) along with 2 new Designer Series Papers (Wood Textures & Delightfully Daisy) and a beautiful Gold Faceted Gem. The second card used the new Eastern Beauty Bundle which includes the Eastern Beauty stamp set and the Eastern Medallions Thinlits Dies. It also used two carryover items from the catalog called the Fabulous Foil Designer Acetate and the Gold 1/4" Natural Trim.

At 5:40 it was quiet, neat, & uncluttered. At 5:45 my friends started arriving to get their first peak at the new catalog, share what they liked, & make a couple cards. What a fun night.

Just a reminder that my New Catalog Open House will be Thursday, May 25, 2017 from 6 to 9 pm at My Stamping Place at 1318 Hammond Ave, Waterloo, IA.
The new catalogs have arrived and will be available for pickup there. I originally said there would be a free Make & Take but I now have 2 free Make & Takes for you. I will also have a treat and water available. I had mentioned to my Club members that I was hoping to have all the cards down from my board and all new cards to replace them. I am only 6 cards away and should be able to complete this by Thursday. Check out this swap I received from Alisha Hamel at Convention this year. I had bought the Dress Up Framelit early in the year & had never used it as I had hurt myself. I saw this card & decided it would be my Open House card my friends would get to make. I changed mine slightly and you can see it below this card.
